Adam P. Swaim

Adam Swaim has been an associate with Oppenheimer, Fleischer & Quiggle, P.C., since the spring of 2006, primarily supporting the firm's estate planning, estate and trust administration, and tax practices.  Adam received his bachelor's degree from the University of Kansas and his law degree, with honors, from Syracuse University.  He is a member of the Bars of the District of Columbia, Maryland and New York.  He is also a member of the American, Maryland and New York State Bar Association.

At Syracuse University, Adam was a member of the Dean's List and the Justinian Honorary Law Society and an Executive Editor of the Syracuse University Science & Technology Law Reporter.  He was awarded the Chancellor's Scholarship.

While in law school, Adam clerked for a Washington, D.C.-based law firm specializing in intellectual property law, he interned with the United States Attorney's Office for the Northern District of New York, and he participated in an externship program with the Crown Prosecution Service in London, England.

Adam is an avid runner, and he enjoys traveling, skiing and jazz.
